FX CO-PRODUCER – REFUND POLICY Effective Date: January 2025
1. ALL SALES FINAL All subscription payments to FX Co-Producer are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a charge has been processed.
2. NO PRORATED REFUNDS Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not trigger refunds for unused time in the current billing period.
3. NO REFUNDS FOR: – User dissatisfaction – Accidental purchases – Failure to use the Service – AI platform changes (e.g., Suno, Udio, Google Gemini) – Temporary outages, slowdowns, or limitations – Misunderstanding of features – AI generation results not meeting expectations
4. SERVICE DEPENDENCIES FX Co-Producer relies on third‑party AI technology, including Google Gemini. Outages or slow responses do not qualify for refunds.
5. BILLING DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS Attempting a chargeback for a valid charge may result in: – Permanent account termination – Loss of future access – Submission of documentation to Stripe confirming acceptance of Terms and Refund Policy
6. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT Users may cancel anytime through the customer portal. Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
7. POLICY UPDATES We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
